All services will be delivered digitally via the internet within 1 to 7 days after the order is placed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

When Refunds Apply

    If you don’t receive your order due to email issues, contact our Billing Department within 30 days.

  2. Download or Access Issues:
    If you have trouble downloading or opening the product, contact Technical Support within 30 days. No response will be considered as a successful delivery.

  3. Major Defects or Errors:
    Report any serious technical issues. If we can’t fix the problem within 72 hours, you may receive a full refund or a product replacement. You may be asked to temporarily grant us server access to resolve the issue.

  4. Product Not As Described:
    If the product is different from what was described on our website, report it within 30 days with proof. Refunds will not be given for unmet personal expectations.

Children Policy

  • Only users 18 years or older can purchase or use our products.

  • We do not collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal info, contact us immediately so we can delete it and cancel the order.
